Fashion Tech Deals - Sep 26

September’s fashion tech deals: eComID buys Nilum, CTR Group takes Hirestreet and OuterSignal raises $22m.

Welcome to our new monthly FTW Deals digest. Once a month we log the funding rounds and acquisitions in fashion tech, from apparel software and resale platforms to retail tech with fashion customers. Each deal comes with the investors, the amount and a line on what the company does. The full 2026 list lives on our Fashion Tech Funding Tracker, updated every month.

Four deals made our list in September, and two of them were consolidation in circular fashion. eComID bought Nilum to bring AI secondhand search into its Shopping Passport, a week after its own $17m seed. CTR Group, owner of Thrift+, bought rental platform Hirestreet so garments can move from rental straight into resale.

The money went to infrastructure. OuterSignal raised a $22m Series A to tell brands who sits behind each order, with True Classic among its customers. Complir raised an $11m seed from General Catalyst to automate product compliance across categories, textiles included.
